emoticon Sorry. It's crazy how some prices vary. Well, just have to think about how much good exercise you get from it and not the price. :-)

Wow, I wish I would've seen your search before I bought one, Merle, I paid $50 for mine.

What I've seen, they are $20-25. Here's a search I did on Amazon so you can at least see what it is and then you might check other stores if you want.

Does anyone know what they cost? Where do you get them because I have never heard of it, but I am new owner of a wii and the board.

I'm glad you mentioned this. I've gotten out of the habit of using my plattform for the balance board and will have to drag it back out.

It really is just a platform that holds your WiiFitBoard, no game or anything included.

What is this system? Is it something new for wii? I just got a wii and a wii fit plus with balance board for Christmas, so I am really new about this stuff. Just a note.......I am finding out that some wii programs as Dance 3 for example are quite spendy! I have a fugal history of not dashing out to buy something that is still warm on the shelf. Is this system new and spendy?

I have something simular to this for my Wii and I love it.

I find I get a better work out with my step.

I also use mine with I am doing the boxing.

One step at a time!

It's just a platform that adds 4 inches to the workout so you actually have to step up. It also has a 6 inch level but I'm going to stick with the 4 for now.

That's great! The advanced step was my favorite to and I think I've worn it out. But agree that it really isn't all that much of a workout. So what does this new one do? Give you a variety of stepping patterns? move you faster? add other movements to it? can you explain a little bit what makes it different and better? Thanks

I just got this yesterday and used it this morning, I love it! My favorite thing to do on the WiiFit was the step aerobics, but let's be honest, that is no step workout. Now I can do an actual step workout! emoticon I burned more calories in 10 minutes than I used to in 20.
