Okay so I find that weekends and wii don't work for me but that is okay, I just do other things. I have been on my wii more often than I have posted but here is todays:

5 minutes balance
10 minutes aerobic
5 minutes strength
5 minutes yoga

A few of them were new to me and I actually beat a couple I hadn't before so I am happy

well so far so good, yesterday walked 1.2 miles and today 1.3 miles... the worst part is havng to get up early we walk @ 7 and I am usually sleeping as I am not working right now : [

Friday the 13th walk 1.3 miles, Tonight I am making a pasta and sausage dinner for the family, tomorrow is shopping day : [

Wouldn't it be fun to go to a gym with a large screen with the Wii games.
so a Group could do it :)
I keep hearing about COLD weather hitting mostly the middle of the Country and Eastern part even as low as Florida. Good thing to have those DVD and Wii games to play :)
I will check out the balloons, I was lousy at it before, have to try and have more patience LOL

Thanks Yjnana, I do have both stores within 40 miles of home and will take a look next time I am close to one. I don't know what game you are talking about, but hopefully someone else on the team will.

Oh and to answer your question I Love Island Cycling, at one point I was doing the whole island and I never ever got all the balloons - I even downloaded a map of their locations and still could not get them all :lol

So Question, using the game with the travel the World, any way to avoid it?? I want to keep working out and not stop for each travel location.

What is your FAVORITE Wii game?
I have several, and found the dance one I had is hard on my knees so giving it to my GKs. I need to try my Zumba and see if it hurts my knees

So I am motivated to do some Wii this morning then off to my oldest GDs State Soccer game they are doing amazing.

Happy Hump day !! I got in my Wii session this morning early, I am making a spark recipe for dinner and am feeling pretty good.

I need to get some kind of long sleeve shirt (that has boob support) for my morning workouts as its cold here in the morning I have a few of the danskin tank tops that are wonderful for the summer but cant seem to find any long sleeve ones - Does anyone know of a decent inexpensive brand?

Today is Dio De Las Muertas - sorry my Spanish is terrible... Day of the dead - when the veil between worlds is supposed to be at its thinnest... Does anyone know more history about this day???

Well I hopped on my Wii and found that my controller batteries were dead, Have them on the charger right now and I am hoping I have the determination to get back on when they are charged :]

Today was go to the DMV day as I lost my truck registration I was supposed to send in - so that meant I had to go to the DMV and wait around so that they could take my money... What a fun morning, lol

No trick or treating here, there aren't really any kids in the neighborhood, and my kids are 16 & 19...

I did 90 minutes on the Wii today. How do I track everything I did on SP Fitness tracker? Like I did 2 free runs, steps, some yoga, punches, 1.356 mi cycling, kung fu, hula hoop, rowing squats and much, much more. All I get to see is the total amount of time spent for the day and the type but not what was done. How does everyone track what they do?

90 mins of yard work this morning! I was totally bombed when I finished for the day. I try not to stay out too long as I am afraid of heat stroke! Took a cool shower, had a cold smoothie, then ate lunch. Looking forward to a great weekend...

60 min walking at the lakefront. Then 2 reps of Basic Step on Wii. Put my pedometer on early and kept it on all day except when in the water. Did a LOT of walking around to finally get in 10,000 steps for the first time ever.
