I did 30 minutes free step. I am also doing the 30 day countdown to skinny jeans challenge. Today's challenge was to sneak exercise into you day. So i watched a show and to up the ante paused the game during the commercials to do Jumping jacks and push ups. emoticon

I added an additional 30 minutes to my workout. I'm now up to 2 hours. Added a new WII exercise.

30 minutes advanced step and 30 minutes bowling. I usually try to get in another 30 minutes in the afternoon but kids didn't go down for naps at same time.

I did 30 minutes of wii fit today, started with yoga, also did some strength training and aerobics.The hardest part seems to be finding the time!
