I ramped up my exercise this week and I lost two pounds. I never lose that much in a week! I had a bad pain day today and didn't make it to the gym, but I do hope to keep up my pace this coming week.

Trying to keep this up. It's another week down and three weeks since my full knee replacement. I had a sports injury in college that shredded it. Weighed in yesterday at 279.4 lbs. All the rehabilitation therapy is doing me some good.

Hey team. I weighed in on Wednesday morning as always. I went from 287.2 lbs two weeks ago right before my full knee replacement surgery to 283.2 lbs. I still find it weird to be Entering in a weight in the 200s. I was in the 300s for so long. I started at 363 lbs. January 7, 2015.

It's so quiet here! I haven't been tracking as much, and it was obvious - gained back up to 175, and working again to get down. So, here I go!

Since I re-started SP May 22 I'm down 11 pounds. So I'm averaging just under 2 pounds a week. I expect that to slow down over time to a pound a week... and my Dr is recommending closer to 2 pounds a month is what my goal should be... that will be an agonizing pace after such a good start... but I know it will be the healthier pace. Nonetheless, having a good start is helping my motivation a lot!

The only way to change is to change!

Even during the holiday season, I managed to pull off another 11 lbs since I last posted, and just in time, got Portal 2 as a gift to play with hubby, who also got a copy... and my headset pooped out, so my 10 lb loss reward was a brand spanking new turtle beach headset, and its so comfy and lightweight! =)
Take that all you sugary buttery cookie temptations that everyone brought to our house! I win!

Reached my first goal today, 10 lbs!
I started at 245 and on my own got down to 228, then joined up here for motivation, and help tracking myself.
3 weeks later I am at 218! I got Super Marioland 3D as my reward. =)

Up until yesterday I had not weighed in for like a month or so when I went from 122 to 125 and cried. so I told myself I didnt need the d@mn scale!

Well, I was wrong... because that 125 went to 134 when I weighed in yesterday... convinced it was water weight, I ate well yesterday and weighed in today at 131.4.

So we'll see how I do when I weigh in next friday

I lost 1.8 pounds this week, giving me a total of 5.2 pounds in the past two weeks. In those two weeks, my BMI has gone from 27.3 to 26.4. I'm 9.2 pounds away from a having a "normal" BMI. Good luck, everyone!

At 171ish, been doing EXTENSIVE P90X for the last 6 days. I feel way more energized and in ONE WEEK I've already lost 0.5 inches in my waist, 1 inch in my thigh and 0.5 inches off the back fat (chest measurement).
My best friend and I are really pushing each other in P90X so we're doing really really well!
