Even during the holiday season, I managed to pull off another 11 lbs since I last posted, and just in time, got Portal 2 as a gift to play with hubby, who also got a copy... and my headset pooped out, so my 10 lb loss reward was a brand spanking new turtle beach headset, and its so comfy and lightweight! =)
Take that all you sugary buttery cookie temptations that everyone brought to our house! I win!

Reached my first goal today, 10 lbs!
I started at 245 and on my own got down to 228, then joined up here for motivation, and help tracking myself.
3 weeks later I am at 218! I got Super Marioland 3D as my reward. =)

Up until yesterday I had not weighed in for like a month or so when I went from 122 to 125 and cried. so I told myself I didnt need the d@mn scale!

Well, I was wrong... because that 125 went to 134 when I weighed in yesterday... convinced it was water weight, I ate well yesterday and weighed in today at 131.4.

So we'll see how I do when I weigh in next friday

I lost 1.8 pounds this week, giving me a total of 5.2 pounds in the past two weeks. In those two weeks, my BMI has gone from 27.3 to 26.4. I'm 9.2 pounds away from a having a "normal" BMI. Good luck, everyone!

At 171ish, been doing EXTENSIVE P90X for the last 6 days. I feel way more energized and in ONE WEEK I've already lost 0.5 inches in my waist, 1 inch in my thigh and 0.5 inches off the back fat (chest measurement).
My best friend and I are really pushing each other in P90X so we're doing really really well!

It's rare that I weigh myself, but since I started working out 3-4 times a week, two weeks ago, I was curious.

Well, it's kind of demoralizing to see the scale go back up, but I *know* it's water (I gained 5 lbs in 24 hrs). Only problem is that I'm currently very activity-restricted, but it was worth it.

Finally, I had that breast reduction that I've been wanting for years (but I also wanted to breastfeed, so delayed until I was *sure* I was done w/ that). From 34H to ... well, maybe 32C or 34B, I haven't seen them yet w/o the dressing and part of what the surgeon did was a little lipo around the chest wall side. Yeah, I *AM* a tiny person, as evidenced by the fact that even at 70lbs overweight I never went over a 34 band. So, now I have to go get some new sports bras in the new size (I have to wear those constantly for a few more weeks and then I'll get to go buy some pretty ones, and I'm never going to spend $60 on a single bra unless it *IS* pretty).

So for now, back to following the meal plan, drinking lots of water, and doing the gentle walking that my dr told me to. He said I should wait 6 weeks before getting back into my exercise program.

I held steady over the last two weeks, but that includes going up 5 and then back down, so I guess I'll call this most recent week a good one. If I get back into my cardio routine, I hope that the pounds will start coming off again.

I've never done a weekly weigh-in thread before, but I've decided to really throw myself into this now (finally, this time around), so here goes.

This morning, wii fit said I weighed 192 lbs.

That's up 2.8 lbs since two days ago. I went 100 calories over yesterday, but I was in my correct range for like 4 days before that, and I've been exercising. I even spent two hours hiking snowy hills yesterday (1000+ calories burnt according to SP.) How frustrating!
