Health Trends Research seems always to be doing one study or another.

I find the root cause(s) of gout to be elusive and (aside from Woubbie!) not well understood. Even as I lose weight, what constitutes trigger foods for me seems to change.

So when I find articles, I tend to put them up... knowledge is power...
