I have been reading about Morton's toe, Taylor Bunions, Plantar Fasciitis and Gout. These are tied together in a couple of books I found.

The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Claire Davies and Why You Really Hurt by Burton Schuler.

Has anyone read these books and if so used the techniques? If the claims are true it certainly explains allot of my foot history.

And yes - I have Morton's toes - my second toe is longer than my big toe.


I'm in my own little world, but it's ok. They know me here.
