While reading I ran across the words FAT BURNING HORMONES. Yes my curiosity was peaked.
Well of course it was a advertisement, but I decided to read it anyway to see if I could find any truth in
what was said. I will not give you the site as I am in no way promoting what they do for it is diet plan.
The only plan that works is to change lifestyle.
If you wish then read on but the following statement is very true.
