I've been down the Green Road. I sent away for some green powder and pH drops,and a "kit" to test my urine pH. GET THIS!!! At the same time,I was on Jenny Craig...totally processed food. I think I was drinking about 2 liters of green drink with pH drops per day.
After 1 month,I could defintely tell a difference in my energy level,mood,pain level,regularity,brain fog,skin problems & dandruff,and my urine pH was reading normal.
BUT...I could never totally commit to eating GREEN. Basically,the only alkaline foods are vegetables,sprouts,nuts & seeds,and I'm sure I'm forgetting some,but the list of ACIDIC foods is ominous! Meat,fruit (except grapefruit & cranberries),grains,dairy,coffee,and I'm forgetting things from this list,too.
I'm not trying to discourage you...like I said, I could definitely tell a difference in many of my chronic symptoms. I thought it was extremely limiting,and I knew I couldn't eat that way the rest of my life.
But just by drinking the Green drink with the pH drops, I got some great results! I think I would do the capsules next time,because you need to drink the reconstituted powder within an hr.or so,and it did get kinda icky towards the bottom!
Also,like if you want to fix soup,it can't be hot. You need to be able to stick your finger in it for so many seconds,because if it got too hot,it would kill the live enzymes. They promote mainly raw veggies.
Let me know your progress...I encourage you to "Follow the Green Road" for yourself. You will no doubt see some changes in your body and mind!
