Stayed within calorie target yesterday (actually at low end!) and tracked all my food intake! 2/2 days tracked this week!

ever so slowly I am losing weight... down another pound... I thought it wasn't for real I am losing so slowly that it must just be water lost in the sauna but same weight 2 days in a row so that is down 10 pounds since Oct 14.... I think maybe a little faster than a half a pound a week maybe 2 and a half pounds a month... I will take it either way...

down weight today.... tired of this slow weight loss 12 pounds in 6 months...so I have been doing the wheat belly diet but I really do not like the Atkins or other low carbohydrate diets that don't allow a lot of fruit and vegetables... that part doesn't seem right... when I found out swiss chard had too many carbohydrate for Atkins diet and I had to give up citrus and watermelon.... so now after seeing a pbs special I am doing the JJ Virgin diet... 7 foods to eliminate for 7 days... but you are suppose to go 3 weeks eventually.. these are food with greatest allergies and toxens that effect your autoimmune system that cause disease..it means I can eat fruit again... and butternut squash
no peanuts, no soy, no eggs, no corn, no gluten, no dairy, no sugar....
well you can't have processed food... you are suppose to lose up to 7 pounds in a week well I figure that must mean men... but I am down 2 pounds in a couple of days so I will contiue.
