Didn't get on here yesterday, but the tracker is something I use multiple times a day from my phone a lot. It helps me stay on track. I track everything, even the sugar free candy I have at work.

I've come too far to start slacking off - I track every bite that goes into my mouth. As a result, I am now diabetes-meds-free; to stay free, I have to track, not guess.

se favorites mostly, and know they have changed up the nutrition so should check it out I have been being good all month tracking, everything so far today except the orange I am eating but will add it too.

I was doing good until after figuring I had 600 calories left for the day dear husband has announced he wants Long John Silvers for dinner....time to wet the pencil and figure out what on earth I can get for that many calories and still hit all my numbers!

I use favorites and groupings, I also have used the recipe calculator to figure out a few things and really like the new "recent" tab. I tend to cook for two days at a time so it's also nice to have the copy meal button.

Even if you have a bad day, it's a good idea to track it. Your body knows you ate it whether you track it or not.

Pretty good for the most part. Saturday is the hard day as I burn about 1,000 to 1,300 calories in one walk. So I normally try and do what is called stacking to replenish some of what I have used up. It kinda does not fit well with my weekly tracker projections.

Just finished tracking the ugly from last night . . . pizza and oreo cookies! It was delicious! LOL! Back to it today.

How has nutrition tracking been going?

Make sure today to record everything, the good, the bad and the ugly.
