I was doing good until after figuring I had 600 calories left for the day dear husband has announced he wants Long John Silvers for dinner....time to wet the pencil and figure out what on earth I can get for that many calories and still hit all my numbers!
I use favorites and groupings, I also have used the recipe calculator to figure out a few things and really like the new "recent" tab. I tend to cook for two days at a time so it's also nice to have the copy meal button.
Even if you have a bad day, it's a good idea to track it. Your body knows you ate it whether you track it or not.
