Eating when I am hungry ( trying to make healthily choices mostly) Which I did not do after concession stand volunteer duty.
Was helping at a concession stand last night : Got really frustrated when and really thin women about ten years older than me would not stop offering me breadsticks. She didn't want them to go to waste. ( Felt like saying Hello we in a high school I am sure there is some hungry growing teenage boy somewhere) I'm not a garbage disposal just because I am over weight.

no aerobics class today, so I did a 14 minute cardio dance workout, as well as my normal walk, trying for lots of steps in the house too, from one end to the other

I have a BLC weekend challenge running today through Monday. It includes strength, cardio, water and veggies. I will be working to get as many points as I can.

Spent a big chunk of the day as a tourist and walked everywhere, climbed stairs, scaled ladders, lunched on salad and fruit. Tonight I'm exhausted but proud!

I'm going to challenge myself to "let it go" today. The last few days have been very frustrating at work and a board I'm on... and I keep reacting to things... today (from now on anyway), I will take a deep breath and decide if whatever it is truly needs a reaction and, if not, let it go.
