Somebody's been peekin' in my window - I've been doing my crazy version of those for years - but I do one more: Lying in bed on my back with knees bent I prop one leg on top of the other knee, and roll my ankles until the popping stops.

Thanks Kellie, I will try to get my DH to do the stretches lying in bed, he has big time back pain most of the time, hope it helps him, and I am on the ones for me too,

Hi I am new to Sparkspeople .I really need some moral support. I have about 90 pounds to lose. I am so off course I not sure where to start. So logging food and see just where all the calories are is my first step.
