1 Drink water : Will do as I enjoy my water
2 go for a walk: Today is my cross training/rest day but will be walking tomorrow for 4 miles
3 Call a friend: Need to call my BF, even though we do txt a good bit.
4 Journal: For as food tracking goes I am good at this one.
5 Soak your feet: do this one most days
6 Send a thank you note: I called and told my mom thank you for some items yesterday.
7 Eat a healthy snack: have yogurt/fruit bits for snack today.
8 Chew sugar-free gum: Unable to do this one as chewing gum is painful for my jaw (TMJ) issues.
9 Organize your space: Need to clean my work area if time will allow today
10 Take "five": try and do this one right before bed.
