1 Drink water: done
2 go for a walk: too cold; too snowy; did my cardio indoors
3 Call a friend; does email count?
4 Journal; no thanks
5 Soak your feet; no thanks
6 Send a thank you note: sent one to the neighbor who made us pie!
7 Eat a healthy snack; done
8 Chew sugar-free gum; done
9 Organize your space: did my desk and that of DS
10 Take "five"; will do that tonight during DS' basketball practice: to read or to knit? emoticon

1, 3,7,8,9,10. Think that's all I'll get done. It has gone crazy workwise. This will be a good test of my resolve. Usually I eat ridiculous amounts of carby snacks to compensate.

What an awesome Wednesday Challenge!
Although I'll never get these all in on a weekday, today I will:
1 Drink water
2 go for a walk - this will be my challenge, but I'm off work early enough and the dogs would LOVE a walk! emoticon
3 Call a friend

So far today, I've done 1, 2, 7, and 9.
Water is my go-to drink, I always have a glass near by. I went for a walk this morning. I had a fiber granola bar for a snack, and re-organized my refrigerator.
I'll call a friend later and soak my feet while my 4yo is taking a bath. And I always steal a few minutes for myself here and there; As a stay at home mom of 4 (ages 12 years to 7 weeks old) I have to to stay sane!
So, 1,2,3,5,7,9, and 10 I can do no problem!

1 Drink water : Will do as I enjoy my water

2 go for a walk: Today is my cross training/rest day but will be walking tomorrow for 4 miles

3 Call a friend: Need to call my BF, even though we do txt a good bit.

4 Journal: For as food tracking goes I am good at this one.

5 Soak your feet: do this one most days

6 Send a thank you note: I called and told my mom thank you for some items yesterday.

7 Eat a healthy snack: have yogurt/fruit bits for snack today.

8 Chew sugar-free gum: Unable to do this one as chewing gum is painful for my jaw (TMJ) issues.

9 Organize your space: Need to clean my work area if time will allow today

10 Take "five": try and do this one right before bed.
