Too little water intake can lead to muscle cramps. We must make sure we are fueling those muscles that are working to burn fat while we rest.

If you are less than thrilled with water, add a slice of lemon, lime or cucumber to a glass of water. Cucumber may sound odd but an Italian restaurant I used to go to served water this way and it was very refreshing.
