So I am doing my sp time and spending time filling out a job application- so maybe not totally unplugged, but I am going to get up and move around today!

Challenge-Try to cut your leisurely computer use today. I am usually on in the morning, then during the kids' naps, then again after dinner. Today, i will cut out the nap time use.

Benefit-More productivity!
