Sorry everyone. My husband tried to surprise me yesterday with a surprise camping trip. Unfortunately, we got rained out, and we got lost returning home which added a few hours to our drive. Talk about stressful! Anyway, I feeling good today, and I'm ready to challenge you!
Challenge-Create a short, simple mantra to repeat when faced with your toughest challenge. I have trouble pushing myself in my workouts. I usually end early, or ease up the intensity. My mantra is, "Four the floor mean's a workout's a score." As in, if I push my self hard enough, I should be on my hands and knees panting.
Benefit-Repeating a mantra gives you power, and it helps you to focus on your end goal instead of the immediate challenge.
