I put together a rotation of different work outs. I am using JM Ripped in 30, 30 day shred, and fast fix kickbox, plus rotating it with P90X Plyometrics and strength training. Hope it works!

Every journey begins with one step.

Challenge- Switch up your fitness routine. Are you a treadmill junkie? Try a video instead. Do you always do cardio? Try resistance training. Do a short, hard workout, instead of a long, moderate one.

Benefit-Your body is amazingly adaptable, so switching up your routine will keep your body guessing, which can prevent plateaus.
