I noticed something very strange when I stopped living a sedentary life; my backaches DEcreased. Wait, wait, wait; I upped my exercise, and my pains went away? Isn't exercise supposed to hurt? Well it turns out that I was feeling pain from poor posture; not any amount of activity. Today, I want you to set your phone's alarm to ring every hour. When it rings, stand up and stretch.
