I just found this while looking for todays challenge. Got my alarm set! At work I have a reminder pop up every two hours and it really helps :0)

The greatest oak tree started out as a little nut that held tight to the ground.

Sounds great even a day late. I usually try and get up and move about every 45 to 60 mins at the office.

It does make one think doesn't it????? I also noticed I wasn't as stiff in my legs as I started moving more. Great challenge. Bailey

I noticed something very strange when I stopped living a sedentary life; my backaches DEcreased. Wait, wait, wait; I upped my exercise, and my pains went away? Isn't exercise supposed to hurt? Well it turns out that I was feeling pain from poor posture; not any amount of activity. Today, I want you to set your phone's alarm to ring every hour. When it rings, stand up and stretch. Also, make sure you're sitting up straight and not slouching! It is so bad for your back. Have a great day! I look forward to seeing your challenges over the next several days.
