Good morning everyone! I didn't see a challenge so I'm going to throw this out there.
I'm hitting the reset button today. I'm quite sluggish! I bundled up and walked the dog for 10 minutes. The movement and crisp, cold air gave me a second wind. I'm getting dressed to go to the gym.
So I challeng everyone to do something for 10 minutes today. Check out the spark people videos, go for a 10-minute walk or turn on the radio or a favorite CD and dance.
