30 so far today, I will get more, but it is hard, and yes fat always rears it's ugly head, but it is a challenge right?

Doing veggie and egg for protein today since its a no meat day.
I'll work on it. I have a hard time also getting protein without the high fat.

Hello sparkers! This is my last post before my cruise, so I am hoping you keep the challenges alive for the next week or so until I get back
For this challenge, I not only want you to get enough protein. I want you to remain under balance for your fat as well. I know that most days, if I hit my protein quota, I overdo my fat allowance because I prefer protein from nuts and yogurt, versus chicken or fish. Today, I want you to be mindful of your fat while aiming for protein. Good luck!
