Welcome to Wednesday, the week is half over! How many times did you mom tell you to eat more fruits and vegetables when you were growing up? What if you ate nothing but produce for your snack? I know that this doesn't sound like fun; a snack for me used to mean cereal or PBJ. I love me some starchy carbs. Going produce only for you snack will be a real boost to your body though, and the taste far surpasses other snacks. I am loving fruit salad right now, and romaine roll ups (pretty much a vegetarian taco wrapped in lettuce). What will you make for yourself?
