I babysat today and felt like an absolute slug for watching TV most of the day. BUT THEN I saw MerryMary's post which reminded me, I walked around Sam's club. Not sure how long but that was it for the entire day. I feel terrible about that, because I had been doing so well. Tomorrow's a new day. grrrrrr

Two fifteen minute walks on breaks at work, 45 minutes on the treadmill, 20 min upper body weights and five minute stretch!

I can get 75 minutes walking today, and I walked around Costco for over an hour, I know that is not non-stop but surely I got 15 minutes out of that, anyway, about the best I can do today, tomorrow, it will be 120 minutes east, the gym and walking,

Hello Sparkers! I have been slacking quite a bit in my own personal workouts, so I'm gonna push it to the limit with you for Tuesday. What do i want outta you? 90 minutes of exercise. Get it anyway you can; you can get it all at once, or accumulate. Part of your healthy lifestyle should include making exercise and priority over other activities. How much TV do you really need to watch? Can you walk or bike to accomplish your errands today? This is a lot for people who work, people who stay at home, and especially working parents. For just one day, we CAN do this.
