I babysat today and felt like an absolute slug for watching TV most of the day. BUT THEN I saw MerryMary's post which reminded me, I walked around Sam's club. Not sure how long but that was it for the entire day. I feel terrible about that, because I had been doing so well. Tomorrow's a new day. grrrrrr

Hello Sparkers! I have been slacking quite a bit in my own personal workouts, so I'm gonna push it to the limit with you for Tuesday. What do i want outta you? 90 minutes of exercise. Get it anyway you can; you can get it all at once, or accumulate. Part of your healthy lifestyle should include making exercise and priority over other activities. How much TV do you really need to watch? Can you walk or bike to accomplish your errands today? This is a lot for people who work, people who stay at home, and especially working parents. For just one day, we CAN do this.
