We bought our daughter Just Dance Disney for Christmas and we have been having lots of fun playing together.
I'm also trying to get my kids away from the habit of eating a treat after dinner so we have been eating a lot of fresh fruit with a little cool whip as our dessert.

This has been one of my hardest challenges during my years on SP. My family, particularly Husband, is NOT onboard. He's gained while I have lost weight. After all this time, feels like a stalemate.

My oldest daughter and I are working on this together. We are looking for at least one different activity per month that burns calories. Example: skating, swimming, a 5K, mall walking.

My youngest daughter (away at college) has embraced the Paleo lifestyle, and is doing much better than me! She is great at sending me pictures of the delicious meals she is making (and sharing the recipes). Now I just need to step up and make them for us!

We look for active things to do together, like roller skating and long walks.

On e of my favorite parts of making over my lifestyle has been including my family. One of the most common ways to do this is to exercise together. I also like to have my husband and kids help plan and prepare the meals. Involving those around you is important, because they can help keep you on track. What do you do to involve your family and friends?
