My husband wanted Subway. I don't care for the meat and chicken, so I got a veggie delight sub, no cheese on flatbread. When I got home I added 1/2 can of tuna to my 6". It was piled with veggies with just a little bit of fish. I enjoyed the tuna and veggies, but not the bread so much.
I also love eating meatless meals sometimes or eating small portions of meat for "flavor" in dishes like stir fry, beans, or soups.
