For lunch I had german potato salad (bacon for flavoring) and vegetables. I had already bought some fresh fish for dinner by the time I saw this, so I had that. Instead I'll make some soup tonight that's meatless except for a meat stock and add some beans, lentils or tofu for protein.

oatmeal for breakfast salad for lunch, and I made little pizzas, used 1 slice of bacon, and a small amount of ham, cheese, tomato sauce but mainly vegetables, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and that meat was for 2 small pizzas, oranges and more salad, pretty healthy today.

My husband wanted Subway. I don't care for the meat and chicken, so I got a veggie delight sub, no cheese on flatbread. When I got home I added 1/2 can of tuna to my 6". It was piled with veggies with just a little bit of fish. I enjoyed the tuna and veggies, but not the bread so much.
I also love eating meatless meals sometimes or eating small portions of meat for "flavor" in dishes like stir fry, beans, or soups.

I had brunch out with some of the ladies from our local Sparkers group. I made sure to eat my veggies and fruit first, then went back for meat and other sides. This way I knew I was already getting full and to make smaller choices.

I will be having a large salad with a very small portion of smoked brisket that my husband made, he is excited for us to try it. Today was primarily a fruit and veggie day for me with the exception of a little dairy and meat.

Lunch was tacos, with corn as the side. My main part of my meal was a freshly made Sweet Peppers & Apple juice...whole fruits & veggies, all of the pulp & skin included, ran through a blender as I don't own a juicer.
I made a huge pot of split pea soup loaded with carrots and onions and some diced ham. I had a bowl for breakfast today and it will be some of my lunches this week. The rest of today will be filled with seafood, fruit and veggies.
