I've been doing the Coach Nicole videos for the January Jumpstart. I also have an elliptical at home that I us regularly.

This one was a breeze for me. I don't do gyms. I ran for about a half hour today, plus a walking warmup and cooldown of 10-15 minutes each, and I did one of the Coach Nicole ab videos.

I went to the gym today, did zumba, (love it) I also walked 60 minutes, 30 in my house on my treadmill and 30 outside, just walking,
tomorrow I will work on some of the video workouts, I do nearly every day,
my gym membership comes with my insurance, could not afford it otherwise, but so very thankful that I have it, gets me out of the house 3 times a week, and I have met so many neat people since I joined.

I work out at home everyday. I have a treadmill, stationary bike, full set of weights, balance ball, and a ton of DVDs. I can really mix it up.

I don't care for the gym and its expense. Besides, getting in the car and going someplace is enough of an excuse for me NOT to work out.

Also, I don't care to workout outside. Too dangerous, too dark, too early, too cold, too wet, too hot and so on. I can easily find another excuse NOT to exercise outside.

However, there is NEVER an excuse for me NOT to workout at home! As Jillian Michaels has said, "Unless you puke, faint, or die, keep going." Everyday. emoticon

Oh, I workout at home ALL the time! Did a lot yesterday (shred it with Jillian Michaels, taebo for 41min & a spark video too) Today I used Shaun T's rockin body workout the Party dvd. I really worked up a sweat with those dance moves!

Walked in place while watching TV and ended up logging over 25,000 steps!

I tried to watch/do some but they wouldn't load. Meanwhile I walked in-house just to get some sort of movement. Will try again before the afternoon is out.

Personally, I don't care for a gym. It's a challenge in itself being accountable to me!

Thanks for the challenge. I work out at home in the morning (5:00 am) before work. It is the only time I can get it done. I do Zumba or TurboJam. Love them both!

I really like working out at home but rarely get it done during the work week. It's dry today so I'm heading out for a walk break then will do some upper body weights when I get back.

I just received a yoga DVD in the mail, so I will try it tonight. The DVD is by the woman I took my first ever yoga class from a few weeks ago, so at least I know I like her approach to yoga.

Good morning! Are you feeling extra motivated today? I hope so. I want us all to workout at home today. A lot of people are afraid to work out at home instead of at the gym because they think the gym is the only way to get a good workout. Coach Nicole has some excellent videos on this site, and you can search on Youtube for hard exercise videos. I think it is important to eliminate any obstacles standing between us and good health, so don't let lack of access to a gym hold you back. Are there any other obstacles standing in your way? Let me know, and I'll try to make a creative challenge to get you going!
