I went to the gym today, did zumba, (love it) I also walked 60 minutes, 30 in my house on my treadmill and 30 outside, just walking, tomorrow I will work on some of the video workouts, I do nearly every day, my gym membership comes with my insurance, could not afford it otherwise, but so very thankful that I have it, gets me out of the house 3 times a week, and I have met so many neat people since I joined.

Oh, I workout at home ALL the time! Did a lot yesterday (shred it with Jillian Michaels, taebo for 41min & a spark video too) Today I used Shaun T's rockin body workout the Party dvd. I really worked up a sweat with those dance moves!
Good morning! Are you feeling extra motivated today? I hope so. I want us all to workout at home today. A lot of people are afraid to work out at home instead of at the gym because they think the gym is the only way to get a good workout. Coach Nicole has some excellent videos on this site, and you can search on Youtube for hard exercise videos. I think it is important to eliminate any obstacles standing between us and good health, so don't let lack of access to a gym hold you back. Are there any other obstacles standing in your way? Let me know, and I'll try to make a creative challenge to get you going!
