Saturday, will be heavy cleaning day, to get things holiday ready. Sunday we are visiting, my father's grave, at Arlington National Cemetery. Lot's of fresh air and walking, after the long car ride. Healthy food at Clyde's.

Talked myself into doing 15 minutes of moderate cardio in the house instead of using the weather as an excuse not to work out. Worked up a sweat, feels good! I think I'll do another 15 in a little while.

Good morning, and welcome to the last day of November. For today's challenge I want you to plan an active weekend activity. My family and I always go for a walk. The weather is really cold and windy though, so we may substitute bowling. I love active plans because they provide more and better memories than a movie or TV marathon. Have a great weekend!
