I do this often, pretty much each time i track, so twice a week for weight and once each week for the other aspect, i really like it, keeps me on track and focused on thins for vitamins i am taking a few prescribed by the doctor.

I do check my reports quite regular, and I do fine in the exercise, number f calories burned, etc, but bad on fiber, calcium, too much sodium and cholesterol, not always, but too often, I will check them better today, and strife to do better
Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I have been "good". Today is my restart going back to health. I will look at the report tonight after my first day back and see what I need to work on tomorrow....one day at a time!
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Make sure you get at least 8 glasses of water everyday!!!

How many of you have ever looked in "My Report Overview" on your Spark Home? If you have, KUDOS from me! If you haven't, you are missing a wonderful tool.
You have at your disposal a great way to "SEE" your progress in the areas of: Nutrition, Fitness, Weight Loss, and Other Goals. As the system keeps track of these areas, you can watch your progress on a graph. It is EXTREMELY helpful for an overview of what nutrients you are falling short on, or what you are eating too much of.
Here is your challenge for today: Look through your reports and see how you have been doing over the last month. Really look through your nutrition & fitness. How are you doing? Is there room for improvement? Are you right on target?
If you are not sure how to find your reports, follow these steps:
1) put your mouse on "My Trackers" 2) move down and click "Reports" 3) Review the various reports 4) You can tell the system how far you want to go back (i.e. 1 week, 1 month, etc.)
I had some time free today and ran across this area. Wow! What an eye-opener it was to see that I am really lacking in some vitamin/mineral areas under nutrition. Just "seeing" my progress really made me want to focus on areas that I am falling short. Gotta love Spark!! I have been a member for well over a year and I am still learning things!
