Your challenge today is to do 3-5 CORE exercises (reps of 12-15 each). You can find great examples of core exercises in the Spark Fitness area.
Feel free to incorporate a stability ball, strength bands, etc. to make your exercises more challenging. You can also choose to do an exercise video or take a class at your gym that targets your core (i.e. kickboxing, Turbo Jam, Pilates, etc.)
Have fun with this one. Working your core not only makes you look leaner, they help you stand up straighter and LOOK MORE CONFIDENT. YOU CAN DO THIS!
