I ran this morning, worked a full day, came home and made a healthy dinner (spag sauce with ground turkey on sphagetti squash) and I am now going to take care of the kitchen - a 20 minute kitchen cleaning run...starting NOW. thanks again for another good challenge
**Got in my cardio goal for my goal this morning and would like to get in some strength training tonight. Just got a new video and would like to try it out. **Another goal is to cook a healthy dinner--already have steaks for DH and chicken marinating for me. And some veggies to go with the meat. **Do one load of laundry while working on the strength training.

getting my "diet" together....after reading "the acid reflux solution" this will kill two birds with one stone. Control and hopefully eliminate medication and gerd and get the weight off.
So I am posting my food list on fridge and at work and in car (lots of water-fiber-protein) Making out grocerry list and menus(to include those things I can pick up on the go) Stairs twenty times today minimum along with video after class tonight 30 mins

Goal 1 I completed this morning: get back to the high intensity cardio class that I've had to miss for the past month. Check!
Goal 2: load up on protein today with every meal and snack. If the soreness I'm already feeling is any indicator, I've got a lot of muscle to rebuild.
Goal 3: This afternoon I will sit down with my husband and file our tax return! It's our first year filing as married, and we have a lot of self-employment stuff, so we printed all the forms (on scrap paper) and did aaall of it out by hand with pencil and calculator first to see what saved us the most money (and to familiarize ourselves with what the heck is actually going on). Let's see if TurboTax agrees with our numbers!
