I'm working on my stationery bike today. I'm going for another 400 calories. Since the challenge the other day I have done, counting today, three days of burning 400 calories through exercise. It is going great! That challnege really got me motivated! Thanks!!!

You have to have family and friends willing to join in these sports. I can throw a ball toward a basket or walk by myself. Have bad knee and foot so running is out. I can time how fast I walk a block and then try to beat that time each time I walk that block.

Unfortunately, I can't participate in any of these sports because of my arthritis. I am a spectator sport watching Nascar racing. However, I can walk on my treadmill on Thursday a little longer if that will count. Joan
