Yes! I did 2 out of my three things.....cardio 60 and strength training. Still not a fan of strength training but I did it. My 3rd thing was to drink lots of water and I'm well on my way. I like this challenge it really motivated me

(Doing this on Wednesday because I'm just seeing it!)

1. Drink my 8 glasses of water and at least 3 cups of green tea
2. Exercise - even if it's a 20 minute session in my office!
3. Make a list of the things that I have to do instead of disengaging when I feel overwhelmed. Then move methodically through the list!

Get al least 30 minutes if not more of exercise today

i missed this yesterday, so i will combine todays and yesterdays and do them both today!

1. eat some vegetables with dinner (dont just have something silly like toast!)
2. do NOT eat any exercise calories
3. have a nice hot relaxing bath before bed and then get STRAIGHT into bed with green tea and a fitness magazine (instead of spending hours just idling on the internet

strong is the new skinny
