Our challenge today is to WORK YOUR LEGS & BUTTOCKS. Great ways to do this are:
*Taking the stairs
*Playing tennis, soccer, basketball, kickball, etc.
*Lunges & squats
The activities are endless. Try to reserve at least 30 minutes for your activity to really work your lower body. Lastly, HAVE FUN!
