Challenge 12/10/11: Happy Saturday to you! Woohoooo! We made it through the week! Let's finish it off right Our challenge today is to WORK YOUR LEGS & BUTTOCKS. Great ways to do this are: *Step aerobics *Kickboxing *Dancing *Bike Riding *Taking the stairs *Walking *Jogging *Skiing *Playing tennis, soccer, basketball, kickball, etc. *Lunges & squats *Jumping rope The activities are endless. Try to reserve at least 30 minutes for your activity to really work your lower body. Lastly, HAVE FUN! Have a MY LEGS ARE GOING TO LOOK GORGEOUS IF I KEEP THIS UP Saturday!
