Feel free to share some of your goals for 2011 with the team. They can be weight-related or not.

-Lose 100lbs before I'm 30 by making healthy food choices, tracking calories and exercising consistently
-Run a 5k this year
-Start rock climbing again
-Go on at least 1 backpacking trip this year
-Keep a positive attitude
-Go back to school/work on a new career

Happiness is a choice that requires effort at times.
