I've been using this since the beginning of July and LOVE it. I try to get at least 30 minutes per day, more if it's a weekend. I'm getting up an extra hour early to do this, so I have to limit my time on the weekdays.
So far, it's been great!

Best money I've ever spent. It's better then any gym membership I've ever had. I love it! I hate to exercise but I ran 5 miles last night and did a yoga session and all of the balancing and arobeics exercises. Hula hooping really got my heart rate up. I was on it for 3 hours! Best exercise ever
