I suppose you could just divide it all by the number of days you take to use it up.
The program takes some getting used to. It takes a while to navigate through all the tabs and all that the program has to offer.
To know if this program is or isn't right for you, ask yourself if: Making everything in large batches worked for you? and Do you feel you need to change your eating habits?
It's hard to change what we're used to doing. Every day is a new chance and lesson in learning new and improved lifestyle changes.
