I like to incorporate exercises while at work.....today was alot of calf action, not as much walking as usual but going to make up for it tomorrow. Training for a 5k next month.

I most certainly did. I walked this morning burning 277 calories and then I did gardening for about 20 minutes.

My boys are on Spring break this week but I decided that I was going to start getting up at 5 am to get my first workout in nice and early so I could more productive all day long. So I had TurboFire HIIT 15 & Sculpt 30 to do this morning. And I also decided today was the day that I would start working out twice per day so later on I am going to do Brazil Butt Lift. I think I may be crazy doing two full programs together but I need to get these 40 pounds off of me. And it is going to be such a nice day out I know I will be taking my two furry children for a walk as well. i am ready for it to be great day. Workout #1 is in, house in clean, got on an awesome Coach Call for my business and now it is time to get to work...two hours early I might add!

35min run on treadmill- HIIT for about 20 min (run on intervals, 8rpm for 30 seconds, 3-3.4rmp on 1min). 15 mins on 5.6rmp. Burn about 290-310 calories.

Some days, sleep is just as important as exercise! I was out late last night, serving as a guest speaker for a Toastmasters club. Morning exercise canceled. However, I will work out tonight!

I slept in super-late this morning. Didn't roll out of bed until 6:40 a.m.! Since it was so hot already, the dogs & I only hit a 20 minute walk.

Will be adding another 20 minutes on my mini-trampoline shortly, then core strength.

30 minute walk early this morning with the greyhounds. Planning on lower body strength later today... some at work, some in the evening. Would have done this morning, but slept an extra 15minutes instead!

I jogged today! My husband and I normally take our kids for a walk in the evening. I instead jogged a bit, then walked back to meet up with him, then did it again. I did about 10 minutes worth, but I feel great!
