Hi There! I am also not familiar with the 10 day transformation challenge, but I do know that the Zumba DVD set is one of the 'hottest' things around right now. I am a Zumba instructor, and like you, I love it! It is a really fun way to burn calories and increase one's cardiovascular endurance. I've heard zumba referred to as "Exercise in disguise."
The workout schedule that you've posted sounds 'doable,' but be sure when making your own 'diet' that you stick close to the suggestions offered here at SparkPeople. Remember, this isn't about 'transforming' ourselves in 10 days, 10 weeks, or 10 months; it is about making changes in our daily habits that will be with us forever.
