Sorry, not familiar with it, but I would be suspect about any "5 day diet" Doesn't sound very healthy.
I would recommend the SP "fast break" diet which takes about 2 weeks and incorporates other lifestyle factors as well. The food tracker has been especially helpful.

I'm just wondering if anyone out there has tried the Zumba diet, especially the 5 day express one. I'm in need of a kick start to my weight loss & I'm thinking about trying it.

I'm confused a little because it doesn't say what size of portion of meat to eat, so I'm not sure if it is subject to your appetite like the steamed veggies.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
