Not all mornings I feel motivated to exercise, sometimes I just want to crawl back to bed but every single time I think of how I used to be and how I feel now, that really keeps me jumping out of bed immediately, exercising just makes me feel sooo good, and it also helps me to be more accountable in what I put in my body. When I think about how much work I put into exercising, makes me think twice when I'm about to eat something I know that is not good for me but I do indulge myself once in a while.

I'd like to set some rewards on paper that I will get when I achieve my goals (losing my first 2kg, running 5km, finishing the 30 day shred,...). I thought about a good book, some wellness (mani/pedi, massage), jewellery,... but I doubt that is going to keep me motivated in a crisis! Do you guys have any idea?
