Turbo Jam...ok, its awesome! I got the intermediate one because I've done about 5 years of kickboxing so I thought I'd be good...but the style is a little dif (they incorperate dancing to spice up the workout..so I was a lil uncorrdinated the first go around, but practice makes perfect...)so I probably should have gotten the beginners one...that actually comes with a lot more info on the program and eating, exercise, ect. Go to beachbody.com its an awesome site and you can see challenge winners that have gotten in shape with the program! Its so motivating and inspiring!Its also great because you can see a lot of dif at home dvd programs that may work better for you.
As far as working out at home, I was a bit nervous because I thought I'd feel stupid working out in front of the TV and not at a gym (typical huh? lol)and would I be motivated enough? With all honesty...I'm VERY happy I purchased the program because I love it, its fast paced, you work up a really good sweat and its got me back into working out hard again. I spent so many years doing the hum-drum midi-ocker workouts - I never saw results...I feel so much smaller in my mid-section from just 1 wk of using the dvds. You will be happy..I promise! And there is a guarantee to return it if you do not like it so you can't lose on this one. Let me know how it goes or what you decide on...I'm just so happy with how my attitude has changed with it too so try it...she pushes you!
