I do my normal spark generated work program 3 days a week. In addition I add one of the strength videos to the program each day. So Sunday, I do my strength exercise and add Day 2 video one week and day 5's the next. Wednesday, I do the strength and then do day 3 (or day 6). Friday, strength and day 4 (or 7).

I was doing two or three, but I am trying to change up my exercise so I am only doing one now and trying the mix and match work out and new things

I usually do the videos twice otherwise I don't even sweat. Or I do more than one video twice if I don't get to run.
I usually do one video and 30-65 minutes of cardio right after. I'm hoping to build up to double up on the videos.
I try to add one set in with my other routines.

I have a basic preset series of exercises under "My Fitness" that Spark set when I signed up, and I add the bootcamp videos to it during the week. I work full time during the week, so on the weekends, I will double up on the bootcamp videos and/or add either other videos or exercises. I also have time to walk on weekends!

I've been doing the worouts for days 1 & 4 together, 2 & 5 together, etc., for a few weeks now. I have to pick something else to "double up" when it's time for the Day 1 workout, so I've had a chance to try some of the other videos on the site.
hello..Normaly i do more as im not wourking at the mom i keep mysel ocupied and do some more...
I am doing the video's twice in a row plus adding five minutes of Cardio per week. When I miss a day I do double up on the video I miss plus the current video for that day!!

Is anyone doing more than 1 video per day, or doing 2 or more sets, adding reps?
I did day 7 and day 1 today. I also aadded a few extra from the moves from the demos list.
