Nope, I guess I fly by the seat of my pants most days. I use every opportunity to get in activity but "planning" it has never worked much for me. For example, today I'm stacking wood since there is a cord of it out there that was just delivered yesterday...that will be great activity for me!

I heard that planning or scheduling your workouts are a great way to keep you motivated and focus. Share how you keep motivated, Do you plan or schedule your workouts? if so how?

I don't but I really need too.
