I joined the YMCA. I usually join for a couple months until it starts warming up. Free membership fee in January. If I go 12 times a month for three months, my work will reimburse me most of it. It's just getting there 12 times a month that I struggle with. The last four weeks with my 18 yo daughter have been awful, so I'm not so motivated or I'd rather sit and be sad. It'll get better, I'm making my self go. .
If you got a traffic ticket would you break every traffic law the rest of the day? Then why toss the whole day over a slice of pizza? ~Indygirl

During the cold months what do you do for fitness?
I usually pop in a fitness DVD most of the time. This is the time I'm looking for all types of fitness routines because I like variety. Kickboxing is my fav, walking DVD with Leslie Sansone which is great.
