I walked but not nearly enough-- maybe half a mile. But Sunday is my "day off" from that kind of stuff and I put in enough time cooking and cleaning and walking and what not since last Wednesday that I deserved a day off so I'm not even going to feel guilty.

Today I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and rode my bike for another 17. After such a hard workout yesterday I was in that mindset of wanting to "give myself a break" (I am a pushover for giving myself a break, let me tell you) but I am very happy that I just did it.
