I have been eating grapefruits lately as if they were an orange-- peeling them and eating each section. I find them strangely satisfying and very filling. This is not a new fruit to me, but a very new way to eat it.

I don't have a problem with eating fruits and vegetables, just the COST. I try to stay with buying frozen.

I really liked the sugar crisp apple. It was sweet, but not as sweet as a red delicious, and also VERY crunchy, even crunchier than my favorite apples, MacIntosh. I will definitely be buying them again. emoticon

Yes, we want the new mindset that comes with working the Shrink Yourself program. We also want to change habits, and maybe for some of you, you aren't eating enough fruits and vegetables.
What I'd love us to do is to pick a new fruit or vegetable each week. Taste it
and tell us about it. If you added it to a recipe, tell us how you prepared it.
Go out of your comfort zone, or do what I did at the grocery store today, just buy a different variety of a fruit or vegetable you have all the time. Today I bought a sugar crisp apple. Never had one of those before, although I have always loved apples. I will sample it as my after dinner treat tonight.
