Yes, we want the new mindset that comes with working the Shrink Yourself program. We also want to change habits, and maybe for some of you, you aren't eating enough fruits and vegetables.
What I'd love us to do is to pick a new fruit or vegetable each week. Taste it
and tell us about it. If you added it to a recipe, tell us how you prepared it.
Go out of your comfort zone, or do what I did at the grocery store today, just buy a different variety of a fruit or vegetable you have all the time. Today I bought a sugar crisp apple. Never had one of those before, although I have always loved apples. I will sample it as my after dinner treat tonight.
