Let's see ... how about this: Every night at bed time, I will review my day. First deciding overall how I did with my eating & exercise & making Harriett "mind," deciding how I might improve the next day, and catching myself being 'good' by doing a little back pat for the beneficial things I've done for myself and others! I'm going to come back here and update so I make sure to do it!
July 19 - Done (almost forgot!)
22 Done (boy, this was a hard one)
25 Ok I missed this. I had friends in town and we worked on my house for 12 straight hours. I was too tired to think!
