I remind myself how bad I feel after a binge. And I remind myself how hard I have worked to lose weight. It's not easy to talk yourself out of a binge.
I have found that when I really want to eat something "bad". I eat a little then, get right back on track, that way I don't feel the need to go crazy-eating everything in site.
Last night I went out with friends. I had way to big of a dinner, some dessert, and some drinks. I know WAY to many calories. I went to the gym yesterday morning and did a extra hard workout because I knew I was going out and was going to indulge. This morning, its right back to the plan, no beating myself up or pity eating. Just back to eating right and I will probably do some extra workouts this week to make up for the extra calories
