just start with a short walk each day and really watch what you eat. make good use of the nutrition tracker that is available here. you would be amazed at how many carbs/calories you take in in drinks and dressings alone. allow the nutrition tracker to help make you really aware of what and how much you eat. it has really helped me.
You don't need a gym membership to exercise. I had one years ago and didn't even lose any weight. And I used it too! LOL
Remember calisthenics? Super easy and you don't have to leave your living room; just your couch. LOL Create exercise for yourself, need to go in another room? March there. You know, lift up your knees, tighten your core muscles. Sometimes my ds and I will skip in the house. (safer than running, you know what mom's say about running in the house). ;-) hth

I dont have the money right now for a gym pass even if there was a good gym where i live. Ive put excerising off for a long time. yes it depressing but also depressing not being able to move much. so i figure if im moving more each day im burning more calories than sitting still. Idle hands. idle minds, etc... so i think if i stay busy something good hopefully happen =)
hey! excerising can be depressing I did have a gym pass a few months ago but then I put on a few pounds so I kinda got depressed and gave up now im trying to get back on track and the gym pass ran out so im walking on my own down the road lol....its hard to find the time to excerise but there more to excerise then the way we think. do house work take the stairs etc its all excerise. anyways gOD bLESS YOU
i have all the plans to exercise, but then i just dont do it. it is not that i dont have time or are too tired. i just dont do it. i have to find a way to motivate myself to exercise or i will never loose the weight. i need help. any and all will be greatly appreciated.
