just start with a short walk each day and really watch what you eat. make good use of the nutrition tracker that is available here. you would be amazed at how many carbs/calories you take in in drinks and dressings alone. allow the nutrition tracker to help make you really aware of what and how much you eat. it has really helped me.

God bless emoticon

You don't need a gym membership to exercise. I had one years ago and didn't even lose any weight. And I used it too! LOL

Remember calisthenics? Super easy and you don't have to leave your living room; just your couch. LOL Create exercise for yourself, need to go in another room? March there. You know, lift up your knees, tighten your core muscles. Sometimes my ds and I will skip in the house. (safer than running, you know what mom's say about running in the house). ;-)

I dont have the money right now for a gym pass even if there was a good gym where i live. Ive put excerising off for a long time. yes it depressing but also depressing not being able to move much. so i figure if im moving more each day im burning more calories than sitting still. Idle hands. idle minds, etc... so i think if i stay busy something good hopefully happen =)
