Aha! Mystery solved! Thanks Sal! emoticon

I kind of wish the FDA would make it mandatory to put added sugars and natural sugars on all labels. After all, with the obesity epidemic going on, and most of it due to the high sugar content (anybody read about high fructose corn syrup?) in our diets, you would think this would be of national concern.

Oh well! Just gotta keep trying to say no to those cookies, I guess! Good luck everyone!

I would also like to add this to my tracker too, but didn't think it was possible. Is there a suggestion box we could write to the Spark website designers/creators and see if it could be added possibly??

I know! I wanted to do the same thing for the things which I know are totally sugar (what I normally eat), but the same thing happened to me when I added it to the tracker...it is M.I.A. ????

Honestly, I don't know that it is possible. It would be great however, food labels don't really provide for that break down. They don't break out added sugar from naturally occurring sugar, so I don't know how the website would show that breakout. Good luck though!

In light of the recent bad press concerning sugar, I decided I would like to add sugar to my food tracker. Not the fructose in fruit, or the lactose in milk, just plain ol' table sugar, or whatever is in drinks, cookies that sort of thing. I think (will have to google this) that table sugar is a combination of sucrose and another sugar. I go to the right place to add to the tracker, click add and save, but yet when I track my food, that catagory invariable comes up with a 0, which I know is NOT the case! Help! Suggestions??
