I'm happy that I've been doing a pretty good job the first week of classes! Monday, I completely forgot my lunch, but I had a salad and not junk at the cafeteria!
No day but today ...

My woohoo has been getting to spend some great time with a friend who lives where I used to. I was really homesick and she came to visit, though sad she has to leave tomorrow wooohoo I got to see her.
May you always dance to the music that lives in your heart. Be you and be beautiful!
Crazydog - I'm glad you have good support, and that he's back in Alaska.
MOJOSOUND - the healthy lifestyle will win, just keep at it!
My Woo Hoo is that the conference session I'm organizing is finally getting its desired shape, which was hard to reach and I was terrified about that. I'm a little sorry I'm back in Israel, as usual after a great trip abroad, but Belgium hasn't let me down. (no icon for Belgian waffle???)

No whoohoo for weight loss. Still stuck at 175 for week 3. However, I have been eating healthier and exercising a lot more. I know that I am healthier.
Woo Hoo Wednesday. Time to share our Woo Hoos.
Well, right now, about all I can say is that I am glad DS is out of Afghanistan. That's about the only positive note for this week.
I am pretty overwhelmed @ this point with everything going on with DS;s injuries, but am well supported, so , I guess that's my Woo HOo #2.
