Sleep is essential Crazy. Glad to hear you are getting a nap.

I just did my pampering: I had an hour off of my busy day and I knitted and watched a program on my 'puter. It was heavenly. I try to do that each day and it is simply my time for me.

Friday . . . Fabulous Friday. Time to pamper youself.

My pampering for today is . . . taking a nap! Sleep has been fitful the last few nights so am going to listen to my body and take a siesta this afternoon. Just a short one (1/2 hr). Don't want to get the opposite affect, groggines, from too long a nap!
